Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms, such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:
-
Create written content that acn be used across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

Write compelling captions, posts, and updates that reflect the brand's voice and tone.

Research and curate content to share relevant industry trends, news, and insights.

Marketing Support:
-
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting lists, and tracking performance.

Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
-
Help maintain and update the company website with fresh content as needed.

Analytics & Reporting:
-
Track and analyze performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns on a weekly basis.
-
Prepare reports with actionable insights to improve future strategies.
-
Use data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, as well as pivot tactics to optimize content marketing efforts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Coordinate with external vendors, influencers, and partners as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience:
-
2-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related marketing role.

Skills:
-
Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt to different brand tones.

Proficiency directly on social media platforms, and experience using publishing tools (eg. Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).

Intermediate graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar). Accounts will be provided as well as access to a library of company-captured content

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (eg. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and experience with website management tools (WordPress or similar) is a plus.

Experience and knowledge of how to use ChatGPT 4o responsibly within your workflow is a huge plus!
