Marketing Incentive Program

1. Goal

Our goal with this program is to encourage employees to create engaging content with photos or short video clips that help us boost brand awareness and drive business growth across our social media channels. Supporting this initiative helps AeroVision create a path to new types of flight operations and new customers all over the United States.

2. Structure

Top 3 images or videos that promote the awesome work our staff do. The following are types of content we’ll be looking for:

  • Best, most interesting damage found

  • Best safety moment

  • Landscapes and weather featuring the assets we inspect

  • Random and funny.

  • Rewards:

    • First prize: $100 gift card

    • Second prize: $50 gift card

    • Third prize: $25 gift card

  • Frequency: Rewards are earned each payday.

3. Submission Process

  • Employees must either:

  • There is no limit on the number of submissions, however we would ask you to try and keep it below 10 submissions in a pay period. 

  • Each file must be 1GB or less.

  • Content is anonymized, reviewed, and voted on by a committee.

4. Content

  • Content limits are as follows:

    • Any images taken from a drone.

    • Any image taken from a cell phone or DSLR-style camera. 

    • Max 30 second video clip, with audio.

    • Other than basic editing (e.g. cropping, or minor adjustments to exposure), there should be no excessive use of filters and no image markups (eg. writing, emojis, digital stickers, logos, watermarks, names, etc.).

5. Recognition

  • Winners are announced in a company newsletter.

  • The company may showcase winning content in team meetings or on company platforms such as websites, social media channels, sales content/presentations, and other channels.

  • If you would like to have your personal account tagged, (eg. your Instagram handle), please provide your handle in the email along with the submission.

6. Other Info

  • All submissions can be used at the discretion of the company and become the property of the company.

  • The company reserves the right to end or suspend this incentive program at any time, or to modify or alter the rules, rewards, and frequency.

  • Please have fun with this, be respectful of our customers' and the public's expectation of privacy, as well as that of your fellow team members.

  • Before anything goes public, our marketing team will make sure to remove any client-identifying details. Plus, our client’s team will review before it’s posted.
